Needs work

I love Synologys products but this one needs some work. The biggest issue is that it doesnt appear to sync in the background. So, if you have a large number of files and folders, you have to keep the app active on your phone, or itll just stop syncing until you launch the app again.

It would also be better if there was an option to have it sync the file metadata instead of actual files.

Until these issues are addressed I find the DS File app to be more useful on a day to day basis but unfortunately it requires a continuous network connection.
